Always create a new revision on publish

Overview

The current "Create new revision" checkbox is useful because Drupal doesn't automatically save changes, and you may want to make changes in between introducing new revisions.

Proposed resolution

XB does automatically save changes, meaning that we can remove the checkbox and just create a new revision whenever the site is published. We can also hide the revision information field for now; we need to think more holistically how we editors to add information about their revisions in the context of auto-save.
