Better test-coverage for layout builder support

Problem

Ensure layout builder support keeps working as it should.

I noted currently there is hardly any test-coverage for it. The CustomElementGeneratorTest makes sure that the integration works and it runs through without issues, but does not assert the result is as it should be.

Proposed resolution

Add a new dedicated kernel test that renders some layouts and blocks + verifies the generated custom element matches the expectations.
