Unable to drag and drop footnotes using CK5

Problem/Motivation

This is a great module. Thank you for your hard work!

Is drag and drop supported? After inserting a footnote, I would like to be able to relocate it to a different location in the text. However, when I click and drag, the footnote always remains in its initial position. The workaround is to remove the footnote and recreate it in the desired location.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create two paragraphs of lorem ipsum
2. Insert a footnote at the end of the first paragraph
3. Click and drag the footnote in an attempt to place it at the end of the second paragraph
