JS file appears duplicated on top before jQuery

Problem/Motivation

I've received an error from the browser saying that jQuery is not loaded. When I see the source code of the page, I see that my JS file is duplicated and one is loaded before jQuery.

Steps to reproduce

Don't know exactly how to reproduce, I disabled Firefox cache and JavaScript appeared duplicated on top of jQuery.

Proposed resolution

Something is failing on the JavaScript loading or ordering, the old drupal_add_js, by some reason my js is loading duplicated before jQuery.

Remaining tasks

Debug the JavaScript compoment and see why is duplicating the entry.
