ColorBoxesWidget - Improve accessibility and flex display compatibility

The javascript rendering the colorbox buttons is appended to the outer wrapper of the form element which makes it compatible with the flex display.
The buttons generated from the javascript are not accessible with efficient aria attributes and sufficient keyboard navigation.

Refactor the widget and javascript to accommodate desired results.
