Module not working with Drupal 10.4.7

I tried that module With Drupal 10.4.7 and followed the instruction given but module is not working.
I created a custom module to pass "Parameters" in service.yml file and also confirmed that service file is working.
But still did not able to apply limit(?page[limit]=100) in jsonapi.
