Not provide visibility for node that references the term

Problem/Motivation

I'm not sure that I'm using this correctly.

From my testing, it does not provide visibility for nodes that reference term but it does provide visibility to the term listing pages.

For instance, if I have a Taxonomy vocabulary with a term called Foo and another called Bar and my nodes reference them with a reference field, I would like to have a block render only for nodes referenced to Foo but not for Bar. That is not happening according to my tests however if I navigate to the taxonomy listing page for the term Foo then I will see the block I have set a visibility for with the module.

I believe this is the purpose of the module.

If it was designed to render the block for the nodes themselves then it does not appear to be working.
