Warn when Views is used without CE style

Motivation

When use a CE page or CE block with the views integration, it's easy to miss the style/format "Custom Elements".

When a CE display plugin is used without the "CE style", we should display a warning

Maybe a drupal-message during render is good enough, since the Views-preview should already trigger it.
