Block pagination

Problem/Motivation

Another area I am seeing that leads to an excessive number of page requests from likely bots comes from the pagination of listing pages. If a view allows for 100+s of pages of results, even blocking the filter options still provides a source of crawl-able links.

Proposed resolution

Provide an option for a "pagination" block, allow it to be enabled, and allow admins to set a page limit for requests.
