Convert EU ECL Accordion title and content props to slots

Problem/Motivation

The current EU ECL Accordion component uses string props for item_*_title and item_*_content, which limits content flexibility and prevents the use of rich HTML content, other components, or complex markup within accordion items.

Proposed resolution

Convert the title and content props to slots and wrap them in template blocks for better content handling.
