Start Page not set when importing RIS data

When I tested the RIS import using the test file located in this module (https://git.drupalcode.org/project/bibcite/-/blob/2.0.x/modules/bibcite_...), the "SP" value was successfully imported. Note, please, that the "SP" value corresponds to the "Number of Pages," not the "Start Page" as indicated in the issue summary.

Can you test the file indicated above and report back if you get a different result compared to your file?
