META issue - Florida Drupal Camp migration

Problem/Motivation

https://www.fldrupal.camp has provided many tools and resources for the event platform. It's time we migrate them into it.

Proposed resolution

To do so, we need to achieve the following:

• We need to reach feature parity with their current setup.
• We should create a theme recipe to migrate their content into.
• We need to gather feedback from their team and do a prototype run.
• We should back up their current configuration and database in case something is needed later.

Remaining tasks

Add issues that are considered FLDC migration blockers into these meta tasks.
Once said issues are complete, we will start a sandbox on a hosting solution.
