1) prepare for Drupal Dev Day contribution. Goal: get as many improvements done by the associations back into the main branch.

what do we need to merge back into the main branch before Lemberg can work on the project?
can we create a list beforehand?

take the next step for Lemberg to start the work on the project
what steps do we need to take, so Lemberg can start planning the work to be done?
what documentation does Lemberg want, and in which format, going forward with features to be developed, bugs to be resolved, updates to be implemented?
what are the impediments right now, if any?
