Add support for Drupal 11

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 11 has been released for almost 6 months. There is no compatible version of crazyegg for the latest version.

Proposed resolution

1. Update the call to user_role_names with a non-deprecated equivalent
2. Adjust support range
