Issue#3525995: Convert figma design token to usable token.

Steps to test:
1. Update any token value from figma/tokens.json then
2. Navigate to the theme directory using the terminal and run the commandnpm run build
3. Then, check updated value is reflected in the SPACEtokens.json file.
