Add GitlabCI testing

Tests do not currently run on the new Drupal testing infrastructure GitlabCI.

Make a MR and confirm that no testing pipelines are run.

Merge 🐛 User logout without CSRF token redirect to 404 Active as tests are fixed there.
Add a .gitlab-ci.yml based on the DA template.
