Implement EU ECL Label Component as Single Directory Component with the following specifications:

Props:

variant: String (allowed values: "low", "medium", "high", "highlight"), default: "low" - Determines the label's style.
label: String, default: "" - The text displayed in the label.
extra_classes: Optional string, default: "" - Space-separated additional classes for customization.
extra_attributes: Optional array, default: [] - Array of objects with "name" and "value" keys for extra HTML attributes.
