There currently exists an install config for a statistics view within the ad_content module (config/optional/views.view.ad_statistics.yml). It is accessible if you know the exact URL for it but it is not accessible through the UI. I also don't know whether it sill works as expected or not. The old module description also mentioned the following stuff:
a plug-in module for generating graphical time-based reports
an administrative statistics overview page
Views: Display advertisements and statistics. Requires Views 3 for statistic aggregation.
Since I am of the opinion that an aggregated statistics view is way better than looking up click-through on every single ad content, I suggest that we discuss what to do with it and maybe implement a re-integration here.
