Create or update example content that is in the future

Problem/Motivation

When I create a new website using Drupal CMS and apply the event calendar, no events show up on the Events page even though the events page. That's because the example event is DrupalCon Atlanta, which has passed.

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal CMS and apply the Events recipe. View the Events page to confirm no events are available.

Proposed resolution

Edit the example content to represent DrupalCon Chicago or some other event.

Alternatively, consider adding a section for events that have already happened.
