Currently templates look like they are available but when you click it, you get a notification that points out that it's functionality coming up in future. We may want to use different strategies depending on the feature but at least for the templates where we have a high degree of confidence on its usefulness, and it's on a prominent place, it would be nicer to actually show the button as disabled.
