Module contains a Git repo

Problem/Motivation

After installing the module, when I try and commit my branch, I am unable to because the module contains a .git folder.

Steps to reproduce

After being unable to push the cache_control_override folder, I looked at the folder in finder, where I saw that it contained a .git folder.

Proposed resolution

Remove the .git folder when someone runs "composer require 'drupal/cache_control_override:^2.0'" to install the module.
