Reference to admin settings route is wrong in info.yml file

Problem/Motivation

Default install via drush results in Route "ip2location.settings" does not exist.

Steps to reproduce

  1. composer require drupal/iplocation
  2. ddev drush pm-enable ip2location -y
  3. error shown
