Infinite recursion while exporting content

Problem/Motivation

Insufficient checks in the \Drupal\content_sync\DependencyResolver\ExportQueueResolver causes an infinite recursion in some cases.

Steps to reproduce

Create content type with paragraphs. Export the content via Drush with the --include-dependencies flag. For example: drush content-sync:export --entity-types=node.basic_page --include-dependencies
