Is this module still active? D10 or 11?

I saw a request fore a user to be added as a maintainer a couple of years back. But I have seen no work done to bring this module up to date.

A valid D10 and/or D11 version would be great.

I used the D6/7 version years and I am looking for similar functionality to replace FB Polls.

Specifically the ability to do write in votes using autocomplete, and if one is chosen, to add it to the existing poll option instead of creating a new one.
