Add support for table autodraggable forms (like taxonomies)

This is due to a core bug:

🐛 #description_display doesn't work with multiple value tableselect field Active

Version 1.0.2 of this module includes a workaround to fix the issue. The CSS included in the workaround does work with some admin themes like Claro and Gin, but may not work well with other themes.
