Notifications are not filtered correctly when configured in block "Notification type" field

Problem/Motivation

When I set a value for the "Notification type" field in a DMB notification block, the value doesn't seem to filter the blocks correctly if more than one block is on the page at once.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create two DMB notification blocks and place them in different regions on the same page
2. Configure each with a different value in the "Notification type" field
3. Create two different DMB Notification entities, one with the notification type configured in the first block and one with the notification type configured in the second block, and set both to display sitewide (check the Sitewide checkbox)
4. All blocks will display in one block (in my case, only in the second block)

Proposed resolution

It seems like the module does create a unique div element based on the notification type ID, but the entities don't end up sorted into the right div elements. Entities configured with a notification type should display in the div element that contains their notification type ID.
