Problem/Motivation

Have been using DXPR on Drupal 10. Created a Drupal 11 site. I created a subtheme and installed DXPR. I created sub theme as usual using the script. After setting as default I and am having several issues.

1. The admin toolbar does not drop down
2. The menus are stacked on the right side of the header instead of showing horizontally across the top.
3. I tried enabling layout builder but none of the configutation winwods show when clicking configure so I uninstalled.

If I switch to another theme, for example bootstrap 5 or Tara, the admin toolbar and other features work.

I do see an error in the debug console on resizing the browser.

    I installed the base theme "DXPR Theme 6.0.4 (default theme)" and everything is fine.
    I tried THEMETITLE 6.0.4 which and it has the same issues as the subtheme I generated using the scripts.
