Upgrade path from v2 > v3 required, currently breaks without patch notes describing change.

Upgrade module from v2 > v3 and run Drupal update process

Proposed resolution

Document breaking change in patch notes, ensure an upgrade path is created to support changing from v2 module to v3 naming.
