queue table grows excessively large

Warmer + Warmer CDN module has resulted in over 100,000,000 (one hundred million) rows in my queue table in just over 1 month. Over 86 GB.

This is not a tenable situation. None of my other queues are running because Warmer has hogged the entire cron process. I have only 100,000 nodes on my site, there's simply no justification for this.

Warmer needs to impose some limits on itself.
