I created a role that is able to administer webforms, any webform, I'm using webform node as well to link webforms to nodes, everything is working greatly. However when I gave permissions to another role "webform admin" and used it instead of admin the page is giving me a memory limit issue. I tried giving it way more memory, around 12G but it's still a memory limit exception. However if I login with an admin user there is no memory limit error
I'm scratching my head over this and can't understand why is this happening for a role but not for admin.

Found the issue,
It was due to another contrib module https://www.drupal.org/project/disable_messages → giving a Memory Limit it wasn't filtering for admin but for the other roles it was filtering and making have a Memory limit error.
