Saving a model needs to keep raw data in sync

Problem/Motivation

With our 3 different options on how to save raw data from the modeler, we need to make sure that the raw data is not also being stored elsewhere. This could e.g. happen if we import a model that embeds the raw data, but the settings is about storing the data separately, then the old embedded model data will have to be unset.
