This should be fixed by the follow-up commit on π Drupal 11 compatibility fixes Active .
Upon having an H5P content on a node with a url path of /node/xxx, (or any path with more than 1 argument) getRelativeH5PPath() sets all the libraries and assets for the iframe to src="node/sites/default/files/...". Which leads to lots of 404 not founds.
