Filter configuration changes does not propagate immeditelly to BEF in a block

Problem/Motivation

I have noticed that when I change a configuration of a Facet filter criteria in Views, the configuration change does not propagate to the exposed filter block, not until I run as a full cache clear - even if I use uid1.

Could be a render caching issue or similar.
