This module should require purge

I recently migrated from Acquia to a new hosting platform that uses fastly. I removed acquia_purge from composer after I had installed fastly already and it uninstalled the purge module that was previously installed when I was on Acquia. That's because there is no dependency on purge in fastly in composer.
