Remove forced redirection to 'view.group_information.page_group_about' route

Problem/Motivation

Social course override entity.group.canonical route path and add forced redirection to view.group_information.page_group_about route. This creates an issue that we can't use the canonical path for other group types.

Proposed resolution

Refactor the code and remove the forced redirection.
