Cannot create manual order forms after enabling module and settings

Problem/Motivation

Currently unable to use this module on Drupal 11. The manual order creating form returns the following error.

Steps to reproduce

In Drupal 11.6, After the configuration for the module is enabled, and a new order is manually created, it ends up on this error and hence the module is not usable.
