Dependency on the Comment module?

Whilst I of course understand that this module provided support for Comments Module, it should not be dependent on it.

On an otherwise fresh Drupal 10 install bar the Comments module, an attempt to install and activate Buttons Configuration shows...

You must install the Media, Comment modules to install Buttons Configuration.
