Allow specifying the account to be used in RecipeRunner

Problem/Motivation

In ✨ Allow specifying account to switch to when importing default content Active we allow specifying the account to be used when importing content. However, this does not allow using RecipeRunner as the default user lookup is in place, resulting in the same failure as described in that issue.
