I am unable to replicate this. See the attached webform that is using all the mentioned tokens.
Using the default Email Confirmation and Email notification handlers, when I click Save it reports
Subject is using the following invalid tokens: [webform_submission:values:subject:raw].
Body default value (text) is using the following invalid tokens: [webform_submission:created], [webform_submission:user], [webform_submission:values]
Not sure what I have done wrong in setting this up. Has all required dependencies (of course)

Even when i set Subject and Body to custom i still get an error like above.
Also seems like i just don't see any Webform tokens in 'available tokens'
