Highlight Drupal CMS in those modules that use it.

Problem/Motivation

Ideally, we'd have each module project page that is used in Drupal CMS say "Included in Drupal CMS" or something similar to highlight both Drupal CMS and the importance of this project.

I also do think this is part of knowing what functionality is included, and who is behind the great new features which are enabled in Drupal CMS. It should be a badge of accomplishment that a module is important enough to be featured in Drupal CMS.

Proposed resolution

Add a block to Drupal.org projects that highlights that the module is used in Drupal CMS.
