Add AI agent to create config checkpoint

Problem/Motivation

The Config Checkpoints are a great fit for the AI module so that one can "undo" configuration changes that the AI made.
But before the the AI changes configuration it should create a checkpoint.

Steps to reproduce

Let AI agents change some configuration.

Proposed resolution

Maybe the best solution is not in the config checkpoints ui, but making sure there is an agent to inform about checkpoints and making sure checkpoints can be created seems like a good start. After all checkpoints are only interesting if one has a way to revert to them.
