Description for UiStylesWidget should be long

Problem/Motivation

When i use widget with settings with long description, i cannot submit settings because description is longer than textfield max length.

Steps to reproduce

Try the widget with a ui_style description larger than 128 characters. Example in ui_suite_bootstrap_starterkit module

Proposed resolution

Use text_format widget instead of textfield.
