Revert to the old version of footer (content)

Problem/Motivation

We've got a new version of footer coming from default content in the 5.1.0 release (it shows contact form only), but it looks lacking in comparison to the pre 5.1 version, which showed multiple text block, which not only looked better but also better represented the flexibility of the footer section editing. It may also introduce reduced performance due to an uncached form loading on every single page.

Let's revert to the old version,
