Configuring Group Actions block and Group menu tab

Problem/Motivation

Hello - I see that there's a Group Actions block. Is there any way to update (add or remove) links/options from the block via the Drupal graphical interface? Currently, the group tab menus has the options "Edit" and "Delete". We would like to remove these options from the group tab menu, and move them into the Group Action block instead. Thank you for any help/suggestions. I'm using Drupal 11.1.6 with Group 3.3.0.
