The "how to" schema.org metatag has fields for "step" and "tool" but should be multi value fields

Problem/Motivation

A user wishing to filling out the schema.org schema for a "How to" will need to enter multiple steps and likely multiple tools. The current structure only allows for a single step, and a single tool.
