Add ability to override token twig template in theme

Problem/Motivation

I want to override the token templates in theme.

Steps to reproduce

When I try to accomplish this by copying the easy-email-commerce-order-order-items-html.html.twig or easy-email-commerce-order-totals-html.html.twig template into the theme template folder, it doesn't work. The copied and overridden template in the theme templates folder isn't even recognized.
