Copy / import dashboard to a different website?

You can export your config (see https://www.drupal.org/docs/administering-a-drupal-site/configuration-ma... → ).

The dashboard will be some config with the prefix dashboard.dashboard.. Take into account that it might depend on other configuration, that you will need to export to and import all together into your other site.

@penyaskito ok thanks but does import / export config work for different websites? I thought it was only for different environments of the same website (dev, production etc)?

Yes, you can just export/import single config objects (and in this case you will need its dependencies).
