[PP-1] Fix 'Update' module docs to use 'Update Status' not 'Update Manager'

I reviewed the diff and it looks good to me. The update module's help hook implementation in src/Hook/UpdateHooks.php already refers to the module as "Update Status" and I didn't find any help topics that refer to the module. So I think this issue could be considered fixed. Thanks, dww!

Great, thanks for the review! We fixed src/Hook/UpdateHooks.php in the parent issue, so this was only for the linked docs. Since there's no code to commit to core for this, marking it fixed and saving credits.
