Unable to generate ticket if product has an accent in specific position

Problem/Motivation

If you try to generate a ticket related to one product with an accent in position 43 you are going to have an error saying incorrect string value

Steps to reproduce

1. Create one product with the following title: "Text with an accent at position 43 like: dá, the remaining text is not important"
2. Register into the event and when generating the ticket the error will occur.

Proposed resolution

Change the substr function to the mb_strimwidth function
