Migrating Packages and Shipments from Ubercart

(In opening this issue, what's the difference in the Component dropdown between "Commerce Migrate Ubercart" and "Ubercart D7". If the fact I'm unclear on that indicates something I've misunderstood, please say!)

I've run through a migration in Drush from Ubercart for D7 to Commerce 8.x-2.40.

As well as some migrations that are not specific to Ubercart or Commerce, I've done the following:

I cannot see the Packages and Shipments data that were on each order in a tab on Ubercart. Am I looking in the wrong place for data that's migrated? Or have I missed a step to get that data brought across?
